Project/Program planning and development – we engage in participatory development of steps that determine how to achieve a particular community or organizational goal or set of related goals that can be identified in a community plan or a strategic plan. Project/Program plans can be developed through community meetings and gatherings, council or board meetings, or other planning processes.
Project/Program planning involves;

• Identification of specific community problems.
• Creation of work plans to address the problems and attain the goals.
• Description of measurable beneficial impacts to the community that result from the Project/Program’s implementation.
• Determination of resources or funding necessary to implement the Project/Program.
