Project/Program implementation and management
ABRC coordinates the implementation of Project/Programs or enterprises that contributes to achieving intended beneficiary/client’s goals within a given timeframe. This involves Project/Program monitoring, documentation, analysis and dissemination for decision making to achieve the intended goal.
The objective is to produce a complete Project/Program, which complies with the client's objectives that influence decisions made by stakeholders involved in the Project/Program process.
The projects that ABRC has implemented include;

- Kenya Climate Smart Agriculture Project – KCSAP
- National Agriculture and Rural Inclusive Growth Project - NARIGP
